Mr. Abdulhakeem Eideh, Associate Professor of Statistical Survey Methodology and past chair of the Department of Mathematics at Al-Quds University, Abu-Dees, Palestine, is a survey and official statistician and international consultant with more than 15 years of experience working in the Palestinian Universities and as an international expert and consultant in sampling, official statistics, and survey methodology, to international organizations (ONS, World Bank,  UNESCWA, UNICEF, MICS, MEDSTAT I, II, AITRS, etc.), with high level in research (more than 16 published papers in information theory, sampling methods and analysis of complex survey data under informative sampling design, in international statistical journals)  and trainer in official statistics and sampling: design, method, application, inference and analysis, etc. 
He has a large experience in United Kingdom, Arab, and Mediterranean regions and familiar with their sampling methods and survey methodology.
In the year 2015. Mr. Eideh received the best paper prize in the field of sampling, (of the volumes published during 2012 and 2013), awarded by the Indian Society of Agricultural Statistics, New Delhi. Furthermore, in 2018, Mr. Eideh received a scientific award, namely: Award of the Best Research of the Year, at the Second International Congress on Social Sciences 2018, held at Al-Quds University –Palestine, during (23-25 / 03/2018).
Mr. Eideh education is as follows:
PhD. in sampling and survey methodology from Hebrew University of Jerusalem (1998-2002)
M.Sc. in statistics from Yarmouk University of Irbid (1984-1987)
B.Sc. in statistics from Yarmouk University of Irbid (1980-1984)
Moreover, Mr. Eideh attended the 65th Annual Summer Institute in Survey Research Techniques. Sampling Program for Survey Statisticians University of Michigan – Ann Arbor (2012, June 4 – July 27). And attended more than 25 short courses and workshops in sampling, survey design, weighting, nonresponse, missing data and imputation, time series, panel data, survey methodology, small area estimation, statistical multilevel models, causality, analysis of complex surveys, official statistics, etc.  
From 2007 to 2015, Mr. Eideh served as a consultant (design and training short courses, in particular; Sampling Techniques and Practice; Survey Nonresponse: Reduction, Weighting and Imputation; Sampling Methods for Official Statistics; Statistical Data Analysis with SPSS; Time Series Analysis; and Small Area Estimation.), trainer, and tutor of E- learning courses for people working in official statistics in the Mediterranean countries, through Medstat I and II. During the period 2002 – 2003, Mr. Eideh served as consultant for ONS located in London on a project based on data from the British Household Panel Survey and British Labour Force Survey. In 2005 and 2010, Eideh worked as a consultant for two World Bank projects for Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics on advanced survey sampling, sampling and nonsampling errors in surveys and censuses, Frames, etc., weighting and imputation, small area estimation, variance estimation, time series, applications from business survey and household expenditure surveys using SPSS and STATA. In 2015, Eideh worked as an expert in sampling and survey methodology for UNESCWA, on the project of estimation of energy consumption in transport sector. In addition to that, since April, 2017, Eideh is working for UNICEF as MICS6 Regional Sampling Consultant to MENA countries. 
Mr. Eideh has 32 years of experience in teaching university statistics and mathematics courses. He taught all undergraduate and graduate statistics courses in Al-Quds University, and Palestine Polytechnic University. In addition to that, He taught Business Statistics at Bethlehem University in Palestine, and all graduate statistics courses for Master in applied statistics program at Birzeit University in Ramallah.
Mr. Eideh is a member in the International Statistical Institute, International Association for Official Statistics, International Association for Survey Statisticians, Islamic Countries Society of Statistical Sciences, Union of Arab Statistician, etc. Furthermore, Mr. Eideh was elected as a member of Union of Arab Statistician during 2011-2015.
Finally and not finally, Mr. Eideh participated in more than 28 international conference in statistical methodology, statistical survey methodology and official statistics.
