Dr. Abdulhakeem Eideh is currently working as an Associate Professor of survey statistics and methodology at Al-Quds University with more than 30 years of experience at the Palestinian Universities. He has published several papers in international refereed journals of statistics and has participated in more than 25 international conferences in statistical sciences. Dr. Eideh is an international expert and consultant in survey sampling, official statistics, and survey methodology, to international organizations, i.e., ONS, World Bank, UNESCWA, UNICEF, MICS, MEDSTAT I, II, AITRS, etc.. He has awarded two scientific prizes, namely, the best paper prize in the field of sampling (of the volumes published during 2012 and 2013) which is granted by the Indian Society of Agricultural Statistics, New Delhi, and Award of the Best Research of the Year, at the Second International Congress on Social Sciences 2018, held at Al-Quds University – Palestine. 

Dr. Eideh has earned his PhD (2002) in survey statistics and methodology from Hebrew University of Jerusalem, M.Sc. (1987) and BSc (1984) in statistics from Yarmouk University of Irbid. Moreover, he attended the 65th Annual Summer Institute in Survey Research Techniques in University of Michigan – Ann Arbor (2012). Besides, Dr. Eideh has obtained different membership of statistical associations, including the International Statistical Institute, the International Association for Official Statistics, and the International Association for Survey Statisticians,. Moreover, Dr. Eideh was elected as a member of Union of Arab Statistician during 2011-2015.
