Research Project Purpose: Super-resolution single molecule localization microscopy (SMLM) network analysis and machine learning to identify structural changes in cystic fibrosis (CF) patients carrying the F508del mutation in the cystic fibrosis transmembrane regulator (CFTR).
    
Expected Results: These studies will identify the best anti-CFTR antibody, define the appropriate labeling conditions, and determine network analysis features that best discriminate between normal and mutant CFTR clusters.
