Bassam has a B.Sc. in Food science and Technology from the Al Quds University in Palestine, In Jun 2009. and in process completing his MSc Degree in Applied Science from Al Quds University, he joined the team of Palestinian Food Industries Union as General Manager and Projects Management, Bassam has worked as a freelance consultant for local  private companies, also member in all related committee in food sectors in Palestine in different ministries and international organization until now, also member in quality council in Palestine, and have many training in different topics such as, green production, Kaizen, Lean manufacturing, Circular production, HACCAP, ISO, GMP.

And Participate and represent Palestine in international committee such as Agader agreement, and agriculture council, Iso council, trade committee, etc...

From 2012 ‐ 2014 he worked as a researcher and teaching assistant in Al Quds University in department Food Science and Technology. From 2014 until now he worked in training in Food technology and science with international and local organization special for women cooperatives.

His areas of interest are; Food Science, sustainable agriculture and rural development, cooperation and project management, Planning.
