A meeting for the Founding Council of the Palestinian Chemical Society (PCS) was held with the Preparatory Committee of the conference, through teams Webinar on  September 12th ,  2023, and in the presence of the members of the Society in the West Bank and Gaza.

The meeting was devoted to discuss the ongoing preparations of the X. Palestinian International Chemistry Conference.

It was agreed to extend the deadline for abstract submissions until September 25, 2023.
The conference is scheduled to be held on November 1-2, 2023, at Hebron University. This conference serves as a platform for academics and researchers from various Palestinian universities and abroad to present their research in various fields of chemistry and engage in discussions on common topics. Research topics will encompass various chemistry specializations, including physical chemistry, analytical chemistry, inorganic chemistry, organic chemistry, and biochemistry. Field experts, researchers, and students are encouraged to participate. In particular, those interested in contributing to the main sessions or the poster session will be welcomed, and accommodations for two nights will be provided.
