Machine Learning Workshop at Forschungszentrum Julich sponsoring by PGSB

Under the support and sponsors of Palestinian German Science Bridge, Juelich Research Center FZJ, in coordination with the Academy, and Bethlehem University BU, are organizing the upcoming Machine Learning Workshop and Scientific Exchange, scheduled to take place from 28th August to 1st September 2023 at Forschungszentrum Julich GmbH in Germany.


This workshop is sponsored and executed under the frame of Palestine German Science Bridge (PGSB) Program, which aims to develop joint research and education programs, coordinated and implemented by the Palestine Academy for Science and Technology (PALAST) and Juelich Research Center (FZJ), and funded by the German Federal Ministry of Science and Scientific Research BMBF.

 This highly anticipated event aims to foster knowledge sharing and academic collaboration among esteemed participants from various Palestinian universities, including Bethlehem University, Hebron University, Palestine Polytechnic University, Al Najah University, Beir Zeit University, and Arab American University. A total of 12 participants have been carefully selected, representing diverse backgrounds and expertise in the field of science and technology.

To ensure a successful and productive workshop, a comprehensive preparatory training will be held at Bethlehem University. During these three days of intense training, participants will be introduced to Python and the powerful Panda Library. This foundational knowledge will serve as a valuable precursor to the advanced concepts and practices that await them in Germany.

The Machine Learning Workshop and Scientific Exchange at Forschungszentrum Julich GmbH promise to be an enriching experience for all involved. This event will create an opportunity for scholars to delve deep into cutting-edge research, share insights, and collaborate on innovative projects. Furthermore, the unique setting of Forschungszentrum Julich GmbH will offer participants access to state-of-the-art facilities and the chance to engage with renowned experts in the field.The main part of the course will be taught by a tutor from Helmholtz AI , with added contributions from scientists from both sides.
