Currently, Dr. Abuabiah is an Assistant Professor with the department of Mechatronics engineering, An-Najah National University. Dr. Abuabiah received his B.Sc. degree in Mechatronics Engineering in 2013 from An-Najah National University and his M.Sc. degree in Mechatronics Engineering (cum laude) and the PhD degree in control system engineering, from Politecnico di Torino, Torino, Italy, in 2015 and 2019, respectively. Dr. Abuabiah had the opportunity to participate in different international conferences, as the main presenter and chaired/co-chaired sessions, such as the American Control Conference in the USA, Conference on Decision and Control in Australia and Symposium on System Identification in Sweden. He was also a research assistant at the Manipal Institute of Technology in India, working in developing an Anti-Reset Windup methodology for the PID controller. Finally, Dr. Abuabiah was involved in developing and designing a robust controller for a dual-clutch transmission system in collaboration with FCA/Centro Ricerche Fiat – Torino.
