Dr. Mohammed Srour

He has completed my PhD in Nutrition from Vienna University, and  working as head of Nutrition Department, Medicine & Health Sciences College, Palestine University, He is also a senior lecturer at clinical nutrition master program in AlAzhar University Gaza, he had worked in many NGOs and international agencies on nutrition and food security, and he is a member of the board of Nutrition Working Group in Palestine.  His research interests focused on the role of functional foods supplementation and antioxidants on certain health conditions in elderly, meanwhile, and interested in the  role of microbiotic in diseases elimination via developing new functional foods.
